Velux loft conversion
We were commissioned to transform this property by building a velux loft conversion in Penarth, Cardiff.
We used sketch up to create a virtual 3D walkthrough prior to starting this build.
The project involved re-structuring a modern truss roof for our client to gain a spacious master bedroom with built in wardrobes and a beautiful en-suite with a large double shower and free standing bath.
We fitted oak handrails to the staircase to match the existing woodwork and installed six Velux roof windows to allow plenty of natural light.
